Can a Colon and Liver Cleanse Get Rid of Your Fatigue?

There is something that almost all of us have in common, the fact that we are all in need of some intestinal cleansing, whether we realize it or not. The problem is that we tend to eat the wrong things and we are generally dehydrated which causes problems within the colon.

Fibromyalgia Fatigue - Exhaustion Multiplied

Fibromyalgia fatigue can often be misunderstood. Until a correct diagnosis, the pain and exhaustion experienced may easily be put down to hypochondria or laziness produced symptoms. For the past thirty years, fibromyalgia along with fibromyalgia fatigue has been a recognized disorder, but there is still much research required prior to finding either its cause or cure. Currently, it is estimated that around four or five million people worldwide suffer from fibromyalgia; the figures for the American population standing at around two per cent. Not every sufferer will experience all symptoms however, so it has historically been difficult to diagnose and these figures may still not be truthful to the actual numbers.

Chronic Fatigue - Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Individuals who are diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome suffer from extended periods of severe fatigue for at least six months. They often feel very weak doing basic daily tasks that most of us accomplish without even thinking about it. Imagine becoming exhausted just taking a shower in the morning.

Glutathione and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Glutathione (GSH) is the essential anti-oxidant of the human body. Glutathione is so important because it exists IN every cell. Glutathione simply put keeps the cells running smoothly. Most sources agree that glutathione plays a vital role in the oxidative defense system. When the oxidative system is stressed glutathione can be depleted. Stress, environmental stress, infection, disease states and hormonal imbalance all play a role in this. Bounous, et al., in 1999 showed us that the immune system will compete for GSH and may deplete the skeletal muscle for it resulting in fatigue and muscle soreness. That is understandable in certain disease states because the body will prioritize and to what is necessary for survival. Our body is truly amazing.

Fatigue and Physical Tiredness

Do you suffer from fatigue and physical tiredness. The winter can make our immune system feel low, then we feel tired. Dark mornings and nights make us feel that we are in an eternal winter. Animals hibernate during the winter to sleep, thus escaping the cold and dark.
